Ridgefield (Wash.) seeks bond approval for new high school

The Ridgefield (Wash.) district is asking voters on May 20 to approve an $85 million bond proposal. The money would enable the district to build a new high school. The existing high school will be converted to a middle school, and the existing middle school will become an elementary. The proposal needs a 60 percent majority for approval.
