From Southington Patch: A $85 million plan to renovate two middle schools in Southington, Conn., is approaching a potential dead end after growing costs continue to force reductions in the scope of the work. The new overrun costs for work at DePaolo and Kennedy middle schools are in the range of $9 million over what was promised.
