Rochester (Minn.) district seeks funds for new elementary; $17.4 million needed for construction.

The Rochester (Minn.) district is asking voters in September to approve a $17.4 million bond proposal to build an elementary school. The four-section, 650-student elementary school would alleviate crowding at existing elementary schools and accommodate projected enrollment growth.
