Rockwood (Mo.) district wins approval of $74.5 million bond issue

The Rockwood (Mo.) district has won approval of a $74.5 million bond proposal. The money will enable the district to add classrooms at several schools, replace roofs and heating and cooling systems in several buildings, and make improvements in security and technology.
