Texas high school will cost $9.7 million more than expected

The Round Rock (Texas) school district’s new Cedar Ridge High School will cost about $9.7 million more than expected, school officials say. But the district has $10.8 million from the 2006 bond issue that can offset the added cost. The $10.8 million comes from savings in projects and from interest earned by the bonds.
