Budget cuts could mean larger classes in San Diego

From The New York Times: Using state money and federal stimulus dollars, the San Diego district has held class size to 17 in kindergarten through second grade at its 30 poorest schools. But 17 could soon become 30 because of continuing budget woes. Federal stimulus money has been spent. More state cuts may be made. All around California, districts have developed worst-case budget plans.
