Collapsing its 8 colleges into 6 could save $1 million, faculty panel says

From The San Francisco Chronicle: A faculty panel says San Francisco State University could save $1 million by collapsing its eight colleges into six. That's $1 million down, $31 million to go: The campus expects to have to cut $32 million from its budget as the entire California State University system expects to lose at least $500 million in state funding for next year.
