Sarasota County (Fla.) district approves $250 million in construction projects

The Sarasota County School Board has signed off on three major school construction projects. The board has given the nod to designs and drawings for a North Port middle school, Riverview High, and Sarasota County Technical Institute. Together, the projects cost more than $250 million.
