After five schools open in August, district isn't building any for at least four years

From The St. Petersburg Times: Don't look for new school construction projects anytime soon in Hillsborough County, Fla. Enrollment is projected to drop again this fall from last year's 189,800, itself a four-year low, district officials say. And the five schools opening this August will be the last new ones to open in the school district until at least the fall of 2013, marking the end of a construction effort that saw 70 schools built in a dozen years.
