School facilities in line for overhaul in Decatur (Ill.) district

Renovations are scheduled to be completed in 2015

From The Decatur Herald & Review: The Decatur (Ill.) school district is embarking on an overhaul of its facilities. Stephen Decatur Middle School will move to the former Decatur Area Technical Academy. Eisenhower High School will move to Stephen Decatur. The Special Education Alternative Placement program will move permanently to Phoenix Academy, and the middle school Life Skills students will move to Thomas Jefferson Middle School. The entire project, including renovations at MacArthur High School, is expected to be finished by January 2015.
