Blayn Jiggetts, 19, faces charges of first-degree murder, accessory after the fact of murder, carrying a firearm without a license, and armed robbery. Cambridge resident Justin Cosby was shot inside an entranceway to the Kirkland House residence hall on May 18 in what authorities have said was a drug-related robbery attempt.

Authorities say 20-year-old Jabrai Jordan Copney turned himself in to Cambridge, Mass., police. He has been charged with murder, accessory after the fact to murder and possession of a firearm. Justin Cosby, of Cambridge, was shot in the abdomen last week while standing on a stairway leading to a common area inside the residence hall. He died Tuesday at a hospital.

Earlier...from The Boston Globe: The shooting of a young man inside an entrance of a residence hall at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass., shattered the quiet of campus as students studied for final exams. Taken to the hospital, the victim was in stable condition with a gunshot wound in the abdomen. A Harvard official says the victim is not a student, though it remains unclear whether Harvard students were involved in the incident. University officials could not confirm the victim's identity or say how the incident occurred.
