Sheriff's training center opens at California college

Santa Ana College and the Orange County (Calif.) Sheriff’s Department have opened the Orange County Sheriff’s Regional Training Academy in Tustin. The 53,000-square-foot, two-building complex occupies 15 acres and includes 38 offices, four classrooms, lecture halls, training yards, a 1,500-seat auditorium/gymnasium and a physical fitness obstacle course. The architects are Gkkworks and DLR Group.
