Bond issue would pay for new high school and elementary school

The Snoqualmie Valley (Wash.) district is asking voters in March to approve a $189.6 million bond proposal to address crowding in its schools. The bonds would enable the district to build a second high school and a 500-student elementary school. The package also includes money for renovating existing buildings and upgrade athletic and transportation facilities.
