Socorro (Texas) district puts $397 million request on ballot

Money would enable district to complete high school, build three elementary schools.

The Socorro (Texas) Independent School District is seeking approval in November of a $397 million bond proposal. Among the projects the bonds would pay for are completion of a new high school, three elementary schools and four pre-kindergarten facilities.
