South Dakota district says elementary will be done for start of school

Harrisburg district is completing construction of Journey Elementary
The Harrisburg (S.D.) School District expects construction of Journey Elementary School in Sioux Falls to be completed by the first day of school later this month. The $10 million project was built in three phases. The first phase consisted of the gymnasium, kitchen, cafeteria and music rooms. The library and some of the classrooms were the second phase. The third phase is made up primarily of classrooms. This is the phase that is still being worked on. Weather-related challenges were the major construction setbacks.
