Sports facility under construction at Columbia University in New York City

Campbell Sports Center is scheduled to open in 2012

From Inhabit New York City: Columbia University in New York City has broken ground on the Campbell Sports Center. The 48,000-square-foot center will have strength training spaces, offices, lounges, study rooms, and an auditorium. At five stories tall, the new building will tower over the above-ground train lineon the corner of 218th and Broadway. The architect is Steven Holl Architects.
