Committee recommends $596 million bond package for Texas district

The Spring Branch (Texas) district's bond advisory committee has recommended a $596 million package to improve and replace schools in the 32,000-student district. Spring Branch's committee scaled back the proposed package from more than $835 million of identified needs.
