Cracks in wall lead officials to close Catholic school in Brooklyn

From The New York Daily News: St. Gregory the Great Elementary School in Brooklyn has been abruptly shuttered after officials became increasing worried about cracks in its walls. Officials say the 240 students might not be able to return to the building for the rest of the school year. A month ago, officials discovered a crack on the outside of the building that could point to serious structural damage. After meeting with engineers, officials opted to cancel school.
