Half a million dollars missing from St. Louis charter school that closed

From The St. Louis Post-Dispatch: Paideia Academy, a charter elementary school in St. Louis, was shut down by the state of Missouri nine months ago, and nearly half a million dollars in state and federal funding the school received remains missing.
