St. Louis schools prepare for $150 million facility upgrade

From The St. Louis Post-Dispatch: A $150 million effort to repair and improve buildings throughout the St. Louis school system is scheduled to begin in May. The construction blitz will include improving playgrounds at 25 schools, replacing roofs at 12 schools and upgrading preschool classrooms.
