From The Cleveland Plain Dealer: State aid payments to two Ohio charter schools will resume this week, now that the state auditor's office has been able to complete audits. The state cut off funding last month to the Arts Academyin Lorainand Arts Academy Westin Clevelandwhen auditors said they didn't have the records they needed to determine whether public money was spent properly. Teachers and other employees have gone without paychecks since the funds were cut off. The May payments of $130,000 for the Arts Academy and $32,000 for Arts Academy West are due to arrive by the end of the week..
