State of Ohio takes control of Little Miami district

Voters have defeated 6 tax increase proposals since 2008

From The Cincinnati Enquirer: Faced with a $5.9 million deficit after enduring six consecutive defeats at the polls since fall 2008, the Little Miami (Ohio) School District has been placed under state control. Ohio Auditor Mary Taylor has declared the Warren County district in Fiscal Emergency--joining eight others across the state.
