9th grade building near completion in Louisiana

Workers are scheduled to complete the new $4.7 million freshmen classroom building at East St. John High School in Reserve, La., by Feb. 28. The new building will include 22 classrooms, a science lecture area and laboratory, a computer lab, an administrative area and a commons area.
