A new independent school planned in New Hampshire is on the back burner after failing to find suitable space. A group of parents backing the new elementary school say they had everything in place--teachers, a state-approved curriculum and kids to fill classrooms. But board members of the proposed Stonemount Academy say the lack of an appropriate building in either Enfield or Lebanon means the school's opening will be delayed by at least one year, until September 2008.
