Student housing construction planned for Indiana University

Residence hall and apartment complex will be built on Bloomington campus

News release: The Indiana University Board of Trustees has approved plans for a new student residence hall and apartment complex near the east side of the Bloomington campus. The 450-bed residence hall will be have four-story buildings, with a total area of 155,000 square feet. The four-level, 84,000-square-foot apartment building is planned to include about 106 units: studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments.
