Someone allegedly placed duct tape over student’s mouth in Elverta (Calif.) district

From The Sacramento Bee: The superintendent of the Elverta (Calif.) Joint Elementary School District has been placed on paid administrative leave while allegations are investigated that duct tape was placed over a student's mouth. Elizabeth Golchert allegedly knew that the student's mouth was covered with duct tape on Sept. 21, but she was not the one to place it there, according to district lawyers.
