Bonds would enable Ohio district to build high scho

Voters in the Southwest Licking (Ohio) Local School District will decide in March on a $68 million bond election. The bonds would enable the district to build a new high school to relieve crowding. With a new 1,600-student high school, the district could reconfigure its other school buildings. District enrollment has jumped from 3,509 in 2005 to 3,895 this year.
