Business school facility planned for Texas A&M-Corpus Christi

Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is planning to buiild a 76,000-square-foot project facility for its school of business. The $25 million O’Connor Business Building will include classrooms, computer labs, business incubators for entrepreneurial companies and faculty and administrative offices. Construction is slated to begin in the summer of 2009, with occupancy planned for the fall of 2010. The facility will be designed to earn a silver LEED rating for environmental friendliness. The architect is Omniplan.
