Weatherford college sets November election date

Weatherford College in Weatherford, Texas, has placed a $96.25 million bond package on the Nov. 4 ballot. A $125 million proposal lost in November 2007 by fewer than 500 votes. The revised plan focuses on three primary points: Renovation and construction to facilities on a 40-year-old campus with aging infrastructure, ensuring sufficient space for current staff, faculty and students, and the expansion of programs.
