Tonganoxie (Kan.) district fails to pass $26.9 million bond

From The Tonganoxie Mirror: Tonganoxie (Kan.) school district voters have said no to a $26.9 million bond proposal. The money would have paid a new intermediate school and high school and elementary school upgrades.
