Towson University considers leasing part of shopping center

Officials are looking to acquire space for College of Health Professions

From The Baltimore Sun: Towson University in Baltimore County, Md., is negotiating to lease a third of the main building at a struggling shopping center. The school has been talking for more than a month with the owners of Towson Commons about leasing 115,000 square feet for classrooms and faculty offices for the College of Health Professions. The campus is about a half-mile south of the shopping center.
