Former university president gets $215,000 for report on how to cut costs

From The Associated Press: Barbara Dixon, the former president at Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo., performed only one task in her year as its $215,000 consultant: a report on ways the university could cut costs. The disclosure was reported by student newspaper, The Index.
