Tulsa college breaks ground on math and science building

Tulsa (Okla.) Community College is beginning construction on a $6.2 million math and science building on its growing West Campus. The two-story, 23,000-square-foot structure will have a two-story lobby with two student collaboration areas and a wall of flat-screen monitors displaying campus information. The first level also will feature division offices, a conference room, lecture classrooms, a computer lab, and two multi-media classrooms. The second floor will include a walkway connection to the existing Science and Math Building.The architect is Fritz Bailey Architects.
