Two held for slashing school bus tires

Damage forces Taylor (Mich.) district has to cancel classes on Friday

One adult and one juvenile have been arrested on suspicion that they slashed tires on dozens of Taylor (Mich.) Public Schools buses. Taylor Police say 83 tires were cut Thursday night, at least one on every bus in the district's lot. The damage will cost the district about $30,000. School was canceled Friday because the buses could not be repaired in time.
