From The Sacramento Bee: University of California, Davis, Medical School has broken ground on a building that will be devoted to technology and health care. The California Telehealth Resource Center will teach telecommunication tools for health practices, such as how videoconferences can be used to conduct an appointment when the provider and patient aren't in the same location.
