Law school expansion at UC Berkeley

TheUniversity of California Berkeley School of Law has broken ground on a 52,000-square-foot library and academic building. The facility is designed to have two of its three levels below ground. It is being built in the law school's former courtyard. The two underground levels will house reading rooms, seminar spaces, computer labs, library staff offices, and collection services. The above-ground level will have a large classroom and a cafe. The architect is Ratcliff.
