Chancellor Michelle Rhee wants to fire ineffective instructors
Washington, D.C., Schools Chancellor Michelle A. Rhee and the Washington Teachers' Union are digging in for what could be a protracted struggle over Rhee's plan to fire instructors deemed to be ineffective.
