Bond issue would enable Oklahoma district to finish elementary school

The Union (Okla.) School District will hold a $19.4 million bond election March 4. The bonds would enable the district to finish its new elementary school and pay for other facility improvements. Other projects covered in the proposal include an addition to the district's baseball and softball complex and the purchase of buses.
