From The Cleveland Plain Dealer: Cleveland State and Kent State universities in Ohio are helping people navigate their campuses by offering iPhone apps that include maps as well as news and course information. And if you're an Ohio State University football fan, the new iShoe app gives Buckeyes an in-depth, real-time look at home games. The free applications, for iPhone and iPad, are another way universities are embracing social media.
