From The Denver Post: Since the University of Colorado's campuses in Boulder and Colorado Springs began segregating residence halls for students with valid concealed-carry permits this year, not a single student has asked to live where guns are allowed. On Aug. 16, university announced that both campuses would establish a residential area for students over age 21 with a permit to hold a concealed handgun. In all other residence halls, guns are banned. Officials say the population of students with permits is minuscule, so it could be that none with a permit is living in a residence hall. The university established the residential area after the state Supreme Court ruled that university regents overstepped their authority when they banned lawful concealed weapons on campus.
