From The Chicago Tribune: The University of Illinois' law school admissions dean has resigned after a school investigation found he inflated grades and test scores in the school's class profile in six of the last seven years. University officials say Paul Pless, the college's admissions dean for the past seven years, resigned last week. He had been on leave since September after the university's ethics office was tipped off that erroneous information had been reported about the Class of 2014, a group the college touted as "the most academically distinguished" in the school's history, with a median LSAT score of 168. The actual median LSAT score for the class was 163.
