Officials at University of Kentucky say facility needs approach $3 billion

From The Lexington Herald-Leader: After touring facilities on the Lexington campus, University of Kentucky trustees were clearly dismayed by the state of buildings, 80 of which were designated "fair to poor" in a recent facility report. Officials say the school needs about $3 billion to meet the facility needs on campus.
