Malfunctioning urinals cause significant damage at University of Kentucky building

From The Lexington Herald-Leader: An overflowing urinal has significantly damaged three floors in the University of Kentucky's Patterson Office Tower in Lexington. The incident apparently started because of a faulty automatic flusher on the fourth floor that stuck in the open position. It caused flooding and water damage on the second, third and fourth floors, saturating ceiling tiles and carpet, and some computers and documents.
