Those who forgo a campus parking permit can get a $400 voucher for a bike

News release: The University of Louisville is offering incentives for students, faculty and staff that forgo a campus parking permit for the next two years: a $400 voucher to subsidize purchase of a new bike, helmet, lock and other bike-related products and services. The Earn-A-Bike program is intended to help reduce the university's carbon footprint.
