University of Tampa is building an 11-story residence hall

$38 million facility would accommodate 523 students

From The Tampa Bay Times: The University of Tampa has broken ground on an 11-story residence hall that would enable hundreds of students living in a nearby hotel to move onto campus. The $38 million facility, on the former site of a downtown restaurant, will have 523 beds. Construction should be completed by August 2013.
