News release: Construction is expected to begin soon on a residence hall for freshmen at the University of Texas Dallas. The building, the third residence hall on campus, will be an exact replica of the University’s recently completed second hall. It will have 404 beds and about 151,000 square feet. It will be built next to the two existing halls and is expected to open in 2012.
