From The Midland Reporter-Telegram: The board of regents for University of Texas System has approved the construction of three new apartment buildings at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. Each of the three buildings will house 32 beds for students and one for a resident adviser. The apartments will be arranged in four-bedroom units with two bathrooms and one kitchen, dining and living area per unit.
