From SeattlePI.com: After years of planning, the University of Washingtonhas begun construction on a new residence hall and an apartment building. The structures, which are to be finished in 2011, are part of a larger plan to spend $850 million revamping student housing in a way that is environmentally friendly and that integrates student living into Seattle's urban environment
