$44.7 million project will replace Bancroft Elementary

From The Boston Globe: Voters in Andover, Mass., have approved plans for a $44.7 million replacement to Bancroft Elementary School. The vote at a special town meeting clears the way for a Jan. 25 special town election. Serious structural problems have plagued the 41-year-old Bancroft School since the late 1970s. The Massachusetts School Building Authority agreed to reimburse the town $16.8 million for the project.
