District would raze most of its middle school and convert elementary to K-8 campus

From The Youngstown Vindicator: The Weathersfield (Ohio) school district has placed an $8.4 million bond issue on the Nov. 3 ballot. The bonds would provide the district’s share of a $19 million-plus project to raze most of the middle school and turn Seaborn Elementary into a K-8 building. Voters rejected a similar proposal in May.
